Returns & Exchanges

At ROAME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a drop-off receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
